Self-Service Management

Self-Service Management enables users to manage many of the life-cycle events involved with credential management.

In addition to the events described above, users may be able to manage these four lifecycle events depending on their organization.

  1. Replace a lost or stolen card after receiving a replacement from an administrator.

  2. Unblock a blocked card or Question and Answer set.

  3. Renew a smart card or Question and Answer set.

  4. Manage personal settings.
